The “Chesa Mariöl 2” is part of the Mariöl district adjacent to the old town of Zuoz and follows the Mariöl street, at the foot of the main slope of the mountain.

The large living room faces south and east, while the rooms are intimate wooden cores.

The building has a marked plastic conformation, conferred by the geometry and by the concave and convex parts; the play between the whitish crystalline volume and the wooden parts inside confers a specific environment of the place.

The facades open to the south through the large windows of the balconies, framing to the east the spectacular view through the panoramic window in the living room and mountain side give the rooms an intimacy through the smaller windows.
