Zuoz, Chesa Mariöl Sur

The “Chesa Mariöl Sur” is part of the Mariöl district adjacent to the old nucleus of Zuoz, in contiunity with it.

The living room is transverse, east-west oriented, with large openings, with concrete walls. The rooms, on the other hand, are intimate wooden cores.

The building has a marked plastic conformation, conferred by the geometry and by the concave and convex parts; the play between the whitish crystalline volume and the wooden parts inside confers a specific environment of the place.

The facades open to the east and west through the large windows of the balconies, framing to the east the spectacular view through the panoramic window in the living room.
