A ”conceptual” house. It is always nature that dictates.
It is from this inescapable principle that the design idea was born. Built using the slope of the terraces of a beautiful olive grove, the house fits quietly, without ornaments, nor superfluous decorations, in a context where the vegetation is the master.
The artifact is an expression of humility, austerity and simplicity reduced to the extreme. It is important to be in harmony with the surrounding nature.
The spaces, stripped of the superfluous, present a clean, essential and abstract architecture, composed of massive materials: concrete, wood and iron, which, left bare, in their expressive power, send us back to a zen, mystical, ancestral atmosphere. In a word, “conceptual”.
