The project involves the building of a two-family house with an architectural atelier.
A plant concept that can be read and understood mainly from its shots from above.
Its volume is intended to fill in almost the entirety of the bottom on which it stands, while still taking into consideration the setbacks imposed by the master plan.
The two volumes are laid on what was once the natural land profile. These are then linked together by architectural elements that also clearly define their exterior spaces.
The main fronts, totally glazed, show very clearly and decisively the orientation of the entire complex.
The purity of the lines of the exterior volumes are also matched by the minimalism of its interior spaces.
Natural light becomes the protagonist and also gives dynamism during the different seasons.
Its main outdoor space, defined by clear building elements and livable spaces, becomes part of the main living space, harmoniously joining together.
